Group Therapy

Group counseling that focuses on building and practicing therapeutic skills

At the 40/20 Collective, our providers offer small weekly groups where clients can receive fellowship and support while learning vital therapeutic skills. 


Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) 

CBT-I is a 6 week intensive skills based treatment for individuals with chronic insomnia. During groups, clients will learn how the body regulates sleep, what interferes with getting good sleep, and strategies to improve sleep quality. Each week, Dr. Dow will introduce new treatment techniques, review each group member’s progress, and develop treatment recommendations tailored to each member based on their specific symptoms of insomnia and progress towards goals.

  • Meets virtually on Mondays from 7:00 - 8:00 pm

  • Led by Dr. Meghan Dow

  • Next session starts May 20th, 2024
