Group Therapy

Group counseling that focuses on building and practicing therapeutic skills

At the 40/20 Collective, our providers offer small weekly groups where clients can receive fellowship and support while learning vital therapeutic skills. 


Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) 

CBT-I is a 6 week intensive skills based treatment for individuals with chronic insomnia. During groups, clients will learn how the body regulates sleep, what interferes with getting good sleep, and strategies to improve sleep quality. Each week, Dr. Dow will introduce new treatment techniques, review each group member’s progress, and develop treatment recommendations tailored to each member based on their specific symptoms of insomnia and progress towards goals.

  • Meets virtually on Mondays from 7:00 - 8:00 pm

  • Led by Dr. Meghan Dow

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Group

CBT Group for Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD. Learn how your thoughts, beliefs, and actions affect your emotions and actions. In this group you will practice identifying negative cognitive distortions, learn how to reframe unhelpful thinking patterns, and initiate positive behavioral change. 

  • Meets virtually on Tuesdays from 5:00 -6:00 PM 

  • Led by Jacob Abbas, LPC, LAC

Mindfulness Based Therapy Group

Learn meditation techniques, relaxation skills and awareness exercises to help reduce stress and improve emotional regulation.

  • Meets virtually TBD

Divorce Support Group

Find support on the path to healing from divorce or separation. Receive emotional support for dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, and legal, financial, housing concerns.
